Requirement

Qualifications

Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motor Grader Operator, preferably in the nickel mining industry.

Able to operate a Motor Grader safely and efficiently.

Proficient in grading and leveling soil, gravel, and rocks according to operational standards.

Capable of performing Daily Inspection and Maintenance (P2H) and reporting any equipment defects or damage.

Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for heavy equipment operation in mining areas.

Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices.

Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willing to work in shifts.
