Requirement

Qualifications

Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Compactor Operator, preferably in the nickel mining industry.

Able to operate a Compactor safely and efficiently.

Proficient in material compaction techniques, understands the vibration system, and is capable of performing safe and precise forward and reverse maneuvers.

Capable of performing Daily Inspection and Maintenance (P2H) and reporting any equipment defects or damage.

Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for heavy equipment operation in mining areas.

Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices.

Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willing to work in shifts.
