Job summary

PT GSI Site – Wolo, Southeast Sulawesi is seeking a Plant & Maintenance Engineer to join its mining operations. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, work order management, and equipment planning.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and at least four years in maintenance, preferably in mining, with leadership and strong organizational skills. POP certification is advantageous and proficiency in MS Office is required.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Plant & Maintenance, mining preferred.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Plant & Maintenance, preferably in the mining industry.

Strong understanding of preventive & corrective maintenance, work order management, and heavy equipment maintenance planning.

Able to monitor KPIs, equipment performance, and ensure the achievement of Physical Availability (PA) targets.

Holding a POP certification (POM certification is an advantage).

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong leadership, team coordination, and organizational management skills.
