Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Job description

This position will be placed in the Maintenance Department (ME & Project) in Cikande. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance using SAP PM, managing work orders and equipment master data, and analyzing maintenance performance. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient maintenance execution and promote continuous improvement within the department.

Key responsibilities

Perform SAP PM planning and scheduling for preventive and corrective maintenance.

Develop and maintain work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, and Equipment Master Data.

Liaise with other departments regarding maintenance execution and the availability of spare parts.

Conduct maintenance data analysis for down-time reports and KPI tracking.

Promote continuous improvement and reliability initiatives in the maintenance department.

About you

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems (Strong knowledge of SAP PM is highly preferred).

Understanding of mechanical, electrical, or process equipment and maintenance practices.

Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.

Knowledge of part identification, inventory management, and basic cost estimation.

Familiarity with preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability principles.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Clear written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Strong coordination, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
