Job summary

PT Fonusa Agung Mulia, a leading confectionery manufacturer in Cikande, Indonesia, seeks a K3 professional to conduct Mechanical K3 patrols and ensure regulatory compliance. You will approve High-Risk Work Permits and drive updates to K3 practices, contributing to the SMK3 program.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or OHS (K3), strong analytical skills, and willingness to work a three-shift schedule on-site.

• Provide approval for High-Risk Work Permits.
• Review and update Mechanical K3 aspects in workplace compliance.

Job description

You will conduct Mechanical K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) patrols, follow up on necessary repairs, and review relevant safety aspects to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. You will also assist in the development and implementation of the SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).

Key responsibilities

Conduct Mechanical K3 patrols and follow up on the improvements/repairs resulting from the patrols

Provide approval for High-Risk Work Permits

Review and update all relevant aspects related to Mechanical K3 in the workplace in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Assist in the development and implementation of the SMK3

About you

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field

Understanding of Mechanical K3 aspects, High-Risk Work Permits, and the implementation of SMK3

Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing safety documents and regulations

Willing to work in 3 shifts

Willing to work Monday – Friday (7 working hours) and Saturday (5 working hours)

Willing to work on-site
