Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a maintenance planning professional in Sentul, Indonesia, to ensure the Maintenance Plant Program is executed according to the master schedule. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance using CILT to safeguard rotating equipment.

The incumbent will prepare weekly cost/budget reports, standardize maintenance costs, and monitor energy expenditures against budgets while developing SAP master data for each machine and overseeing plant shutdowns as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical field required.
• Five+ years in FMCG manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP PM module concepts.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Maintenance Plant Program per master schedule.
• Prepare reports on maintenance and energy costs vs budget.
• Monitor equipment using the CILT Predictive program for rotating equipment.
• Create schedules, implement, and oversee plant shutdown maintenance.
• Develop master data maintenance for SAP such as function location, maintenance plant, task lists, equipment, and BOM.
