Job summary

Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to monitor, operate, and maintain electrical utility systems across our production facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical machinery, diagnose faults, and minimize downtime while complying with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, food processing, or related industries, with strong PLC and electrical schematic skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an electrical utility operator or maintenance technician.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLC, control wiring, generators, and distributions.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings and manuals.
• Valid electrical safety certification (K3 Listrik) is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain electrical utility systems, including power panels, generators, transformers, and control circuits.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical machinery and installations per safety SOPs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Inspect utility equipment and document data, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical systems.
• Ensure adherence to K3 regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain electrical utility systems, including power distribution panels, generators, transformers, and electrical control circuits.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical machinery, equipment, and installations in accordance with company safety standards and operating procedures.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical malfunctions and failures promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of utility equipment and document operational data, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical utility machinery and systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands‑on experience as an electrical utility operator or maintenance technician, preferably within the manufacturing, food processing, or feedmill industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLC, control wiring, generators, and high/low voltage distributions.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings and technical manuals.
• Possession of a valid electrical safety certification (K3 Listrik) is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdown calls as required.
