Job summary

ID90 PT Japfa Food Indonesia is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service and maintain Line 5 machinery, ensuring reliability and uptime.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues, perform inspections, and document activities while complying with safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or operator in a manufacturing or production plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive maintenance approach.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to optimize line efficiency and ensure smooth changeovers.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts usage, and equipment performance logs accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment adhering to 5S principles and company safety regulations.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of a Vocational Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience as a maintenance technician or operator in a manufacturing or production plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
• Disciplined, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
