Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing area, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Familiarity with engineering standards and codes.
• Knowledge of maintenance and spare parts management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Production operations at Pulogadung Plant.
• Implement Continuous Improvement projects.
• Ensure production machinery is calibrated and in proper condition.
