Job summary

Kawano Group is seeking a maintenance professional to support its hospitality operations in Jakarta. The role focuses on ensuring equipment and building systems operate reliably across hotel and restaurant venues.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years’ maintenance experience in F&B/hospitality, and holds a Diploma/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar. Shifts and on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of maintenance experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Diploma or S1 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems.
• Able to work in shifts and on-call.

• Repair restaurant equipment (chiller, freezer, AC, stove, exhaust, dishwasher, etc.)

Job description

Maintenance role in the hospitality sector (hotel and restaurant) responsible for ensuring equipment and building systems operate effectively.

Key responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs

Conduct light to moderate repairs on restaurant equipment (chiller, freezer, AC, stove, exhaust, dishwasher, etc.)

Work individually and as part of a team

Work in shifts and on-call as required

About you

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Maintenance, particularly in F&B/Hospitality industry

Minimum Diploma/S1 education (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)

Understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance

Ability to work individually and in teams

Willing to work shifts and on-call if required
