Job summary

PT Asia Palm Oleo Jaya seeks a Senior Reliability and Maintenance Leader in Jakarta to drive risk-based maintenance strategies, oversee large multidisciplinary teams including contractors, and optimize plant reliability across oleochemical operations. The role emphasizes PSM compliance and cost-efficient execution.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on knowledge of static and rotating equipment, extensive turnaround planning experience, and a track record of managing large maintenance budgets

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Total Experience: 10 years in maintenance/reliability within oleochemical, petrochemical, or chemical industries.
• Leadership Experience: 3+ years managing large multi-disciplinary teams including contractors.
• Industry-Specific Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of static and rotating equipment (splitting and distillation columns, packed columns, reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors).
• Turnaround Management: Experience planning and executing complex plant shutdowns/turnarounds.
• Budget Ownership: Proven ability to manage large annual maintenance budgets and optimize costs.
• Systems: Mechanical integrity programs, and predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, thermography).
• Methodologies: Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and OEE.
• Regulations: Deep knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) and regulatory compliance (OSHA and Lingkungan Hidup).
