Job summary

Trakindo is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Pontianak to lead and optimize direct sales efforts across the territory. You will drive revenue growth, coach the sales team, and align market insights with the business plan.

You will conduct market and competitor analyses, manage key accounts, and develop strategies to expand customer coverage while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in relevant/sales major.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory management, market and competitor analysis, and customer focused engagement to develop and execute sales strategies, direct sales initiatives, and guide the sales team in achieving revenue, gross profit, and the agreed business plan.
• Generate sales data and market insights, monitor and evaluate sales strategy implementation, adjust strategies based on market analysis, and develop sales initiatives covering business opportunity development, expansion, and sales coverage to provide a r- Monitor and evaluate customer service activities (including complaint handling) and monitoring the customer to maintain good relationship with customer.
• Monitor Sales Representatives activities including opportunity review, daily activity monitoring, 1 on 1 cadence, sales coaching, and weekly coordination with Branch Heads and sales teams to ensure the quality of sales leads, supported by regular joint c- Provide commercial and negotiation support by monitoring the negotiation process, analyzing selling price recommendations, guiding negotiations for transactions within the allowable complexity, and determining pricing and commercial requirements within o- Set up business plan annual budget and implement budget execution by reviewing and validating forecast quality to meet and exceed budget achivement.
• Develop and mentor team to enable operational excellence and business competitiveness.
• Manage and execute the budget to ensure optimize resource allocation and enhance financial efficiency in specialized activities and initiatives.
