Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a skilled M365 Engineer to maintain and optimize Microsoft 365 across a global user base. You will own the daily operations, collaborate with Service Desk and specialist teams, and drive service-improvement projects.

You’ll work across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID, ensuring secure, well-documented and efficient collaboration. This role requires strong problem-solving and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• 4+ years hands-on experience supporting or administering Microsoft 365 in enterprise.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Understanding of identity, DNS, mail-flow, and hybrid dependencies.
• Experience using PowerShell for 365 administration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health and administration of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex incidents and requests.
• Monitor service health, licensing, audits, and capacity; mitigate risks to ensure continuity.
• Assist Service Desk with guidance, runbooks, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Automate repeatable tasks using PowerShell, Graph or Power Automate.
