You will inspect every pour, rebar detail, and flashing, audit progress against the schedule, and push contractors to resolve issues. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English required, Bali-based.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction quality control or site supervision — real field experience, not just theory.
• Deep technical knowledge of building standards (RC structures, roofing/waterproofing, finishing).
• Strong self-management — you don't need to be chased to get things checked.
• A diplomatic but firm communication style — you hold the line without burning bridges.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working English.
• Bonus: field engineering background with luxury villa construction experience.
• You must be based in Bali and ready to be on-site in Karangasem daily.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction quality on-site in Karangasem, from structural work through final finishing
• Audit completed work volumes against the project's baseline schedule
• Catch technical and construction problems early and drive them to resolution — not just log them
• Report daily and weekly to ownership: honest, detailed, no surprises
• Hold contractors to the standard — firm, professional, respected on-site
