Job summary

Sudamala Resorts is seeking a talented Content Creator to produce compelling photography, videography, and visual storytelling for our luxury hospitality brands across Bali, Lombok, and Flores. You will manage end-to-end content projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality visuals that showcase our unique experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a creative role, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in industry editing software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Film, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Photographer, Videographer, or similar creative role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent editing software.
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, and cinematic storytelling.
Experience operating DSLR and mirrorless cameras, drones (a licensed drone pilot is an advantage), gimbals, and audio equipment.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
Willing and able to travel frequently to Bali, Lombok, and Flores.
Passion for hospitality, travel, culture, art, and luxury lifestyle storytelling.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
Experience working in hospitality, luxury resorts, travel, tourism, or lifestyle brands.
Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance optimization.
Experience directing talent or coordinating lifestyle shoots.
Basic motion graphics and animation skills are an advantage.
Drone photography and aerial videography experience.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
