Job summary

Maison Bali in Bali is seeking a video creator to produce compelling short-form content. You will shoot on site at villas and interiors and craft reels that stop the scroll, under the guidance of our Marketing & Growth Manager and Social Media Manager.

You will edit reels with hooks, rhythm and subtitles, prepare visuals for posts and ads, and use AI tools to accelerate editing and motion design. Join a fast-growing team with hybrid studio and on-site shoots in Canggu.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shooting and editing short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok).
• A portfolio of reels with real results (views, engagement).
• Strong editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Drone experience is a strong plus.
• Curious and fast with AI tools for editing and motion design.
• Good eye for architecture, interiors and premium lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Shoot on site: villas, interiors, construction, team and lifestyle content (drone if you can).
• Edit reels and short videos with strong hooks, rhythm and subtitles.
• Prepare visuals for posts, stories and ads.
• Use AI tools to edit faster and better: AI-assisted editing, motion design, AI visuals.
• Keep our video library organized on the shared Drive.
