Job summary

Six Senses Bali is seeking a Revenue & Distribution Manager to drive revenue and optimize distribution channels for the resort. You will collaborate with the DOSM and other leaders to guide room pricing, inventory, and selling guidelines across all channels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field, plus English fluency; Indonesian nationality is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
• Indonesian nationality.

Responsibilities

• Continually focus on revenue generation and profile building for the resort and Six Senses.
• Set up PMS & CRS to guide and evaluate room selling strategies.
• Determine inventory, pricing, and daily fluctuations with DOSM and reservations team.
• Develop pricing strategies with DOSM and Group Director of Revenue Management for long-term growth.
• Know facilities, room types, rates, and package benefits; manage reservation coding.
• Process advance deposits and track future room availability based on reservations.
• Review competitive shops and identify selling strategies and market trends.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
