Job summary

Quadra, a leading manufacturer of extra-large sintered stone slabs, seeks ambitious sales professionals to join its Bandung team. You will develop new accounts, build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, at least 3 years in B2B sales, and a strong network in the architectural and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales management with proven success in architects, developers, contractors.
• Strong B2B customer network including architects, developers, and commercial entities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and potential clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including follow ups and negotiations
• Target and manage project hotels, housing, apartments, commercial
• Actively canvass and expand sales channels for major projects
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations
• Organize event and networking activities with costumers and partners
• Provide reguler reports and project pipeline updates to the Supervisors
