Responsibilities

• Design and create custom cakes, pastries, and desserts for events, weddings, and special occasions.
• Develop new dessert recipes and innovative flavor combinations.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry items produced.
• Manage the pastry section of the kitchen, including inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and event planners on dessert menu concepts and client consultations.
