PT. Central Mega Kencana in Jakarta is seeking a Jewellery Representative and Sales Administrative Executive to build strong relationships with clients and drive luxury jewellery sales. You will showcase collections, share product knowledge, close deals, and coordinate with marketing and store teams.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred; able to work six days a week in mall hours. This role requires high school or higher education, at least one year in luxury retail or related

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education for Gold Representative.
• Proven experience min. 1 year as a sales representative or consultant in fashion, luxury retail industry, automotive, or hospitality (Cashier).
• Proven experience min. 1 year in finance or accounting including cash management and reporting and inventory control.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Showcase our jewellery collections and provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing sales.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our brands and generate new leads.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help improve our offerings.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success.
