Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 / Bachelor Degree required for Jewellery Representative.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Showcase jewellery collections with excellent product knowledge and service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote brands and generate new leads.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to improve offerings.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support success.
