Raffles Jakarta, strategically located in the heart of the Kuningan district, is seeking an In-Room Dining Server to deliver a seamless, personalized dining experience in guests' rooms. You will take and record orders, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery with top quality presentation.

This role demands a strong focus on guest service, multitasking, and attention to detail, with flexibility for irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications helpful.
• Experience: prior in-room dining or luxury hotel service preferred.
• F&B knowledge: menu items, ingredients, wine and beverage pairing.
• Attention to detail: ensure order accuracy, presentation, and standards.
• Multitasking and time management: handle multiple tasks and deliver promptly.
• Physical stamina: stand for long hours and handle serving duties.
• Flexibility and adaptability: irregular hours incl. weekends/evenings.
• Professionalism: maintain grooming and service standards in a luxury setting.
