Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali, Indonesia, seeks a Storekeeper Daily Worker to safeguard inventory accuracy and daily stock movements in a luxury hospitality setting. You will document entries and exits, issue stock items, and coordinate with the Cost Controller to maintain clean, secure storerooms.

This role emphasizes precise recording, teamwork with multiple departments, and a proactive attitude to support seamless hotel operations and guest experiences in Bali.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory roles.
• Basic inventory control and stock handling knowledge.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory records and issue stock daily.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts with Cost Controller.
• Report discrepancies between physical and system records to management.
• Document all merchandise entering/leaving the store (receiving records, POs, requisitions).
• Coordinate store receiving and issuing schedules with Cost Controller.
• Maintain list of authorized signatories for store requisitions.
• Post all requisitions and transfers into the system daily.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized and secure.
• Support smooth, reliable operations for colleagues and departments.
• Deliver attentive, accurate service to internal guests.
