Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock housekeeping trolley with guest supplies and tools.
• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms per standards.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to maintenance team.
• Remove soiled linens and ensure proper handling.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms and refresh toiletries.
• Make beds and organize room layout per standards.
• Deliver service from guest arrival to departure per LQE.
• Follow health and safety policies and participate in audits.
