Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support daily shift operations across Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry where applicable. You will work with team members to ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless and well maintained.

You will assist in inspections, manage supply inventories, and help control departmental costs while delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the property's budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in housekeeping or related area.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping shift operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Communicate guest room status to Front Desk promptly.
• Supervise cleaning schedules and inventory of supplies.
• Assist in supervision of staff and training of room attendants.
• Participate in cost control and budget achievements.
