The Langham Jakarta is seeking qualified candidates for a role in our luxury Japanese restaurant team. Fluency in Indonesian and English is required, with Japanese language being an advantage.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a 5‑star environment and hold a HACCP-certified culinary background, with strong leadership and communication skills. Diploma or culinary certification is required, and safety standards knowledge is essential to maintain the high quality

• Minimum 2 years experience as similar position in contemporary Japanese restaurants or in a 5-star luxury hotel, with strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine
• Diploma in Food & Beverage Product or relevant culinary certification / apprenticeship, with HACCP certification and solid understanding of HACCP & Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards
• A team player with strong leadership and communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Indonesian and English; Japanese language is an advantage
