Min 4 years as Executive Pastry Chef in a 5-star international luxury hotel.
Expert in modern pastry, chocolate and sugar work.
Strong costing, menu engineering and innovation.
Proven leadership of large teams with coaching and training skills.
Degree in Culinary preferred.
Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

Oversee all Pastry & Bakery production for outlets, banquet and events.
Develop menus, plated desserts, chocolate/sugar work and seasonal concepts.
Ensure quality, presentation and taste; control food cost and wastage; HACCP compliance.
Lead and develop the pastry & bakery team through scheduling, coaching and career development.
Uphold the hotel’s culinary standards and plating guidelines.
