Rifyo is seeking a seasoned Business Development/Sales leader to expand our luxury hospitality furniture solutions in Indonesia, focusing on 5-star hotels and premium restaurants. You will leverage a strong network of decision-makers to build a robust sales pipeline, drive revenue, and act as a trusted consultant for clients such as General Managers, Owners, Procurement teams, Designers, and Architects.

Collaborating with Design, Production, and Project Management teams, you will deliver

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the hospitality industry, particularly handling 5 star hotels and restaurants.
• Strong network with key decision makers in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strategic, results oriented, and capable of achieving challenging sales targets.
• Preferred: Experience in luxury furniture, interior design, or premium hospitality suppliers.

• Develop business development and sales strategies to expand market reach within the luxury hospitality segment, including premium hotels and restaurants.
• Identify new project opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive opportunities toward revenue conversion.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with key decision makers, including General Managers, Owners, Procurement teams, Designers, and Architects.
• Act as a key partner and consultant to clients, providing tailored luxury furniture solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Design, Production, and Project Management, to deliver solutions that meet premium quality standards.
• Monitor hospitality industry trends and luxury interior design developments to identify new business opportunities.
