Job summary

Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali, Indonesia, offers an F&B Product Intern position to develop culinary and hospitality skills while supporting our Kitchen and F&B Product teams. This internship runs January–July 2027 and provides practical, luxury-hospitality experience under seasoned professionals.

You will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene, and maintaining high Belmond standards in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related program.
• Indonesian citizen only.
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen team with daily food preparation and production per hotel standards.
• Help in preparing and presenting food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with receiving, storing and handling food ingredients as required.
• Follow SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support Kitchen team during daily operations, events, and functions.
• Demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
