Job summary

Belmond's Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, invites aspiring culinarians to join as an F&B Product Intern in Bali. Gain hands-on kitchen experience, learn standards of luxury hospitality, and contribute to food preparation and operations in a dynamic hotel environment.

The 6-month internship runs January–July 2027, with on-the-job training, guidance from seasoned chefs, and opportunities to develop culinary skills, teamwork, and time management in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related program.
• Previous kitchen or culinary experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Kitchen team with daily food preparation and production according to hotel standards.
• Assist in preparing and presenting food according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and handling food ingredients as required.
• Follow standard operating procedures, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support the Kitchen team during daily operations, events, and special functions.
• Demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn throughout the internship.
