Job summary

Belmond's Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali, invites aspiring hospitality professionals to join as an F&B Service Intern. You will help deliver attentive, personalized dining experiences across our outlets while developing practical skills in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include setting up venues, welcoming guests, taking orders, serving, and maintaining hygiene and service standards. A supportive team environment and on-the-job training are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related program.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude.

Job description

As an F&B Service Intern at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will have the opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will support the Food & Beverage Service team in providing attentive, professional, and personalized service in our restaurants and dining outlets. Primary responsibilities include:

Assist the F&B Service team in preparing restaurants, dining areas, and service stations before operations.

Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

Support the team in taking orders and serving food and beverages according to hotel standards.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of dining areas and service equipment.

Assist with table setting, clearing, and resetting during service.

Ensure guests’ needs are attended to promptly and communicate requests to the relevant team members.

Support the team in maintaining proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.

Learn and follow standard operating procedures for F&B Service operations.

Assist with stock replenishment and proper handling of service equipment.

Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Act with Heart by showing genuine care and hospitality to our guests and colleagues.

Make the Moment through attentive, thoughtful, and personalized service.

Requirements

What you bring:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related program.

Previous experience in F&B Service or hospitality is an advantage but not required.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

A friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude.

Willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.

Good grooming and personal hygiene.

Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic working environment.

Physically fit and able to support daily F&B Service activities.

Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
