• Experience in luxury fashion, handbags or accessories preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily boutique operations and ensure premium service.
• Drive store sales performance and achieve KPIs including turnover, ATV, UPT, AUR, and retention.
• Manage store team, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Coordinate store reporting with head office teams.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation alignment.
• Develop client relationships through luxury clienteling strategies.
