Qualifications

• 2+ years in bar management or lead bartender in high-end venues
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails
• Proven leadership and staff development experience
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset
• In-depth understanding of beverage cost controls and inventory management
• Knowledge of licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
