Job Description:
Responsible for managing and nurturing customer accounts across both domestic and international markets. In this role, you will ensure the seamless execution of sales orders, build enduring client relationships, and drive effective cross-functional coordination with internal teams from order receipt through to final delivery. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, impeccable communication, and the ability to thrive while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of customer accounts for both local and export markets.
Receive, thoroughly review, and accurately process customer purchase orders in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to guarantee seamless and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor order progress proactively and provide consistent, transparent updates to customers.
Coordinate and oversee domestic deliveries and export shipments in strict compliance with agreed schedules and logistics requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries, issues, or disputes efficiently.
Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term client retention.
Address product-related inquiries by consulting and coordinating with technical, production, or marketing teams as needed.
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets, including managing initial inquiries and preparing formal quotations.
Analyze sales history and customer purchasing trends to identify potential areas for business optimization and revenue growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in the lubricants, automotive, chemical, or FMCG industries is highly advantageous.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple accounts.
A proactive, highly responsible individuals with a strong customer-centric mindset.
Outstanding coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong business communication skills is a plus point
Previous experience as an Account Executive is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
