Job summary

ASRI Living in Indonesia seeks a senior Lead for Partnership & Promo Acquisition to drive tenant acquisition for promos and content across malls. You will set targets, manage pipelines, and build relationships with tenants while coordinating with marketing and events teams.

You will design shopping and loyalty programs, lead adoption of ASRI Living features through in‑app campaigns, and guide a cross‑functional team to deliver measurable results with monthly performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years in partnerships, tenant relations, B2B sales, digital marketing, loyalty programs, or product management.
• Proven commercial track record in tenant acquisition and partnerships.
• Experience in mall, retail, F&B, lifestyle industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience leading a team across functions.
• Good understanding of digital products, user journeys, app metrics.
• Willing to work beyond hours for major events.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partnership & Promo Acquisition: lead tenant acquisition for promos, vouchers, and content across malls.
• Develop Shopping & Loyalty Programs: design and execute programs aligned with events and campaigns.
• Drive Product Adoption: lead the launch and adoption of new ASRI Living features via in‑app campaigns and education.
• Manage Content & Creative: brief designers and ensure output follows ASRI brand guidelines.
• Turn Insights into Improvements: translate feedback into recommendations for product and program improvements.
• Own Data & Reporting: monitor app usage, promo acquisition, and member growth; present monthly results.
• Lead Team & Operations: manage a cross‑functional team across acquisition and operations.
