Qualifikationen

• Gelar Sarjana atau Magister di bidang Rekayasa (Teknologi Semikonduktor, Mikroelectronik, Otomasi, Mesin, Listrik, Fisika, atau sejenis)
• Minimal 8 tahun pengalaman dalam pengembangan proses semikonduktor
• Keterampilan kepemimpinan, analitis, dan komunikasi yang kuat

Aufgaben

• Merencanakan dan melaksanakan evaluasi proses unit terhadap target waktu, kualitas, biaya, dan stabilitas produksi.
• Mengkarakterisasi proses unit dan dampaknya pada aliran proses secara keseluruhan.
• Menyelaraskan proses pra-perakitan, bahan, dan peralatan dengan alur proses yang telah terbukti stabil.
• Menguji peralatan, mesin, dan bahan baru bersama pemasok dan Pengadaan.
• Memimpin pembuatan sampel pengembangan termasuk disposition lot.
• Memimpin tim proyek multfungsi (hingga Kelas D) sepanjang siklus hidup proyek hingga serah terima ke fungsi sustain.
• Menyelesaikan masalah kompleks menggunakan 8D, 5 Whys, dan metodologi IFX lainnya.
• Mendorong inovasi dan berbagi praktik terbaik.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Plan and execute unit process evaluations against targets for timeline, quality, cost, and production stability
• Characterize unit processes and their impact across the overall process chain
• Harmonize preassembly processes, materials, and equipment with proven, stable process flows
• Qualify new tooling, machines, and materials together with suppliers and Procurement
• Lead development sample builds, including lot disposition
• Lead multifunctional project teams (up to Class D) across the full project life cycle, through to handover to the sustaining function
• Solve complex problems using 8D, 5 Whys, and other IFX methodologies
• Drive innovation and share best practices.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, or similar)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor process development
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
