Job summary

Qualifications

• Pendidikan S1 di bidang terkait (informatika/teknologi informasi).
• Pengalaman atau minat di helpdesk/ IT support cukup dihargai.
• Fasih dalam penggunaan Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Cleansing).
• Berpengalaman atau terbiasa bekerja dengan ERP (SAP/Odoo/Oracle) dan POS/WMS.
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, proaktif, teliti, customer-centric.

Responsibilities

• Memberikan panduan dan edukasi kepada user terkait sistem operasional.
• Mencatat, memantau, dan menyelesaikan tiket sesuai SLA.
• Melakukan pemeliharaan data master di ERP secara berkala dan akurat.
• Memastikan validitas master data produk, harga, pelanggan, distributor, dan promosi.
• Menganalisis akar masalah kendala berulang pada pengguna atau sistem.

Responsibilities

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Memberikan panduan (guidance), pelatihan dasar, dan edukasi kepada user terkait penggunaan sistem dan aplikasi operasional.
2. Mencatat, memantau, dan memastikan setiap tiket/kendala pengguna terselesaikan sesuai batas waktu kesepakatan (Service Level Agreement / SLA).
3. Melakukan pemeliharaan (maintenance), update, dan import data master ke dalam sistem (ERP) secara berkala dan akurat.
4. Memastikan validitas dan integritas master data produk, harga, pelanggan, distributor, serta skema promosi.
5. Menganalisis akar masalah (root cause) atas kendala berulang yang dialami pengguna atau sistem.

Requirements

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan & Pengalaman: Minimal S!, Sistem Informasi, Manajemen Data, Matematika atau bidang terkait.
2. Pengalaman di bidang helpdesk, IT support, atau operasional data FMCG menjadi nilai tambah.
3. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Cleansing, dsb.
4. Terbiasa mengoperasikan sistem ERP (seperti SAP, Odoo, Oracle) atau aplikasi POS/WMS.
5. Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, proaktif, teliti, berorientasi pada pelayanan pengguna (customer-centric mindset), cepat menguasai dan beradaptasi dengan alur bisnis proses FMCG.

PT Akasha Wira International Tbk (“the Company”) was established under the name of PT Alfindo Putrasetia in 1985. The Company’s name has been changed several times, with the most recent one in 2010, when its name was changed to PT Akasha Wira International Tbk.

In 2004 Water Partners Bottling S.A. (WPB), a joint-venture company between Nestlé S.A. and Refreshment Product Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca‑Cola Company), acquired a majority stake in the Company and the name of the Company was changed to PT. AdeS Waters Indonesia, Tbk accordingly. During this Nestlé S.A and Refreshment Product Services ownership period, the Company launched bottle water AdeS product with new packaging and new bottle product Nestle Pure Life.

The Company started the production of hair care cosmetics under the Makarizo brand in 2010 by purchasing production machines and equipment owned by PT Damai Sejahtera Mulia. The purchase of these assets was approved by the majority of shareholders at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on October 21, 2010 and the purchase of these assets was completed on November 11, 2010. With the purchase of these assets, the Company officially started the hair care cosmetics business.
