Job summary

Program Fresh Graduate Mubadala Energy Indonesia di Balikpapan membuka kesempatan bagi lulusan baru untuk bergabung dalam program magang dengan exposure internasional di industri minyak dan gas. Program dimulai awal 2025 hingga 31 Desember 2025 dengan fokus pada pengembangan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kompetensi.

Tanggung jawab mencakup administrasi kantor, dukungan fungsi terkait layanan bisnis, operasi, proyek, HSSE, komersial, SCM, dan ERC.

Qualifications

• Lulusan Diploma (D3) dengan IPK 3.00/4.00 atau lebih
• Fresh graduate, 0–1 tahun pengalaman
• Fasih berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris
• Menguasai paket Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Menetap di Balikpapan
• Domicile di Balikpapan

Responsibilities

• Bantu BALIKPAPAN Representative Officer (BROF) untuk administrasi kantor, pengelolaan barang dan dokumen, mendukung penyelenggaraan acara/rapat, dan transportasi darat.
• Bantu BROF memberikan dukungan ke semua fungsi yang membutuhkan dukungan lokal, fokus pada Business Services, Operations, Project, HSSE, Commercial, SCM, dan ERC, termasuk berurusan dengan pemangku kepentingan eksternal.
• Bantu BROF menerapkan manajemen HSSE.
• Bantu BROF meningkatkan proses bisnis sesuai kebutuhan.
• Bantu BROF terkait operasi di lepas pantai dan proyek lain.
• Memastikan kelancaran operasional dukungan bisnis

Lowongan Kerja Fresh Graduate Program 2025 - Business Support

Berikut ini adalah persyaratan yang harus Anda penuhi untuk mendaftar Lowongan Kerja Fresh Graduate Program Business Support Balikpapan Februari 2026 Mubadala Energy yang dibuka pada bulan Februari 2026 ini:

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2025 up to 31 December 2025.

Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Assist Balikpapan Representative Officer (BROF) to handle office administration, goods and documents handling, support conducting events or meetings and land transportation as scope of work.
• Assist BROF to provide support to all functions that need local support, focusing on Business Services, Operations, Project, HSSE, Commercial, SCM, and ERC. This includes dealing with external stakeholders.
• Assist BROF to implement HSSE management.
• Assist BROF to improve business processes as required.
• Assist BROF related to offshore operations and other projects.
• Maintain business support running properly.

Qualifications:

• Hold Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Management, Finance/Accounting, Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering or other relevant major.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience
• Team player, analytical thinking, and willing to learn
• Good communication (written and spoken) in English
• Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Able to operate MS Visio, Photoshop is a plus
• Domicile in Balikpapan area
