Job summary

Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada seeks a Front Office Host to oversee the smooth operation of the Front Office and Reception within the Rooms Division. You will ensure guest and staff needs are met, maintaining brand standards and efficient service in a bustling hotel environment.

The role requires a certificate/diploma in Hospitality, at least 2 years FO experience, and strong English communication. Knowledge of hotel software and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a certificate or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience as FO or in a similar capacity in a hotel or a large operation.
• Knowledgeable with software system (but not mandatory).
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office and excellent English communication skills both in understanding and writing.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
