Job summary

Novotel Jakarta Cikini is seeking a dedicated hotel gardener to maintain outdoor plantings, lawns, and nursery areas across the premises in Central Jakarta. The role supports guest areas and hotel landscaping to uphold the property's appearance.

Responsibilities include watering daily, propagating plants, keeping nursery clean, mowing grass on schedule, clearing litter around the hotel grounds, and ensuring drainage is clear to prevent flooding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the 4 star-hotel industry.
• Able to communicate in English is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude.
• Creative, honest, disciplined, alert, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Clean the drainage from being flood, water over flow, and waste collecting.
