Job summary

The ideal candidate will have SMA/SMK or higher and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with electrical maintenance, including motor gearboxes and SLD interpretation. Balikpapan residency is preferred for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen with SMA/SMK or higher educational background.
• At least 3 years' hands-on experience maintaining electrical equipment in industrial/refinery settings.
• Ability to read Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and electrical schematics.
• Proficient in using electrical measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Execute commissioning, start-up, inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems in refinery zones.
• Inspect motors, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, cabling, lighting, and grounding.
• Follow SOPs, PTK safety and HSSE regulations; document work outcomes.
• Diagnose malfunctions swiftly to minimize downtime.
• Interpret SLDs and wiring diagrams for electrical installations.
• Maintain records of equipment status and diagnostic findings.
