Job summary

PT Giant Transporter Indonesia is seeking a talented Logistic Solution Specialist to join our warehousing, storage and distribution team. You will design and implement innovative logistic solutions to optimise supply chain operations and work with stakeholders to identify challenges and drive improvements.

You will coordinate commercial activities, prepare reports, and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely execution of requests.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commercial, Sales, Business Development or related field.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for business trips is required or advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial team.
Coordinate and follow up on commercial activities, projects, and action items.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and commercial documentation.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely execution of commercial requests.
Assist in processing customer, distributor, and sales-related documentation.
Maintain accurate records, contracts, and commercial databases.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Commercial function.
