Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking an Operation Staff for Cilegon to support EMKL and logistics operations. You will process customer orders, prepare cargo for delivery, and coordinate with courier parties to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role also covers preparing periodic reports on logistics performance, expenses, inventory, and special projects, while upholding QHSE standards and information security controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
• 1–3 years of experience in EMKL, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Solid understanding of export-import procedures, domestic shipments, and project logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of customs clearance processes and field operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (MS Excel and MS Word).
• Good understanding of QHSE and K3L standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, ensure order accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery.
• Pack goods properly for shipping, print labels, and coordinate cargo delivery with logistic or courier parties.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of logistics operations, expenses, inventory, and special projects.
