Job summary

PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk is seeking a Logistics Manager to strategically plan and oversee the distribution, warehousing, and transportation functions. The role focuses on coordinating inbound and outbound operations and ensuring alignment with company procedures.

You will lead a logistics team, optimize inventory levels and delivery performance, select carriers, and collaborate with other units to maximize cost savings while minimizing shortages and mis-shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any reputable university.
• Solid knowledge and record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage a team.
• Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.
• Proficient in standard logistics software (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc).
• 2+ years as Logistic Manager or 5+ years as Warehouse/Transport Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation.
• Keep track of product quantity and quality, inventory levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Organize operation of inbound, warehousing and outbound.
• Select carriers for transportation.
• Collaboratively work with other units to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
• Ensure all operations adhere to laws and company guidelines and regulation.
• Maximize cost savings and minimize product shortages, product defects and wrong shipments.
