Pt Jeje Harapan Transindo, Surabaya-based manufacturing company, seeks a seasoned Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to optimize end-to-end operations across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution. This hybrid role blends on-site oversight with remote strategic planning, requiring a leader who can reduce costs and improve service levels.

You will mentor a regional team, collaborate with production, sales, and finance, and drive process improvements using ERP, WMS, and TMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management and logistics, with progressive responsibilities.
• Proven experience in managing international and domestic supply chains.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning and execution software (ERP, WMS, TMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage logistics including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Oversee procurement activities for raw materials and components.
• Build relationships with suppliers, carriers, and partners.
• Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align activities with business goals.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
