Qualifications

• Active student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in an operational environment and comply with site safety requirements.
• Bahasa Indonesia and English for business communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound monitoring; verify the completeness of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching documentation; update operational trackers; and escalated discrepancies to the assigned supervisor.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock reconciliation, location checks, aging or slow moving stock reviews, and follow-up documentation for inventory differences. The intern shall not independently approve inventory adjustments.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status; follow up proof of delivery documentation; record delays, delivery exceptions, and transporter feedback; and maintain daily transport status reports.
• Compile and validate operational data for agreed KPIs, including stock accuracy, processing status, delivery performance, and logistics cost data. Prepare clear Excel or Power BI reports as assigned.
• Assist in checking transport invoices and supporting documents against agreed references. Any commercial approval, payment authorization, or vendor commitment remains with authorized employees.
• Support root-cause analysis for shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, process deviations, or recurring operational issues. Document findings and proposed corrective actions for supervisor review.
• Complete at least one structured improvement project, such as a warehouse productivity dashboard, storage utilization review, carrier performance scorecard, delivery performance analysis, or transport cost baseline analysis.
• Follow applicable health, safety, security, data-protection, anti-bribery, and site rules. Immediately report unsafe conditions, suspected non-compliance, or data quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with warehouse personnel, transport providers, customer service, procurement, finance, and other relevant functions within the scope authorized by the supervisor
