Job summary

AMODA is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Officer to support its Jakarta warehouse and project operations. You will manage the flow, availability, and documentation of materials and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely material distribution for project execution.

Collaborating with Warehouse, Project, Procurement, suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders, you will ensure smooth material movement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, or similar role.
Basic understanding of inventory management, material tracking, and logistics processes.
Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace; ERP/WMS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage daily logistics operations: receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials and equipment.
Perform regular stock counts and maintain inventory records.
Inspect incoming materials for quantity, condition, and documents.
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstock, loss or misuse.
Record and monitor material movement and usage.
Prepare material requests or purchase requisitions.
Coordinate material delivery schedules with teams, suppliers and transporters.
Maintain documentation for incoming/outgoing materials and deliveries.
Prepare reports on stock status and logistics issues.
Support dispatch of materials for project sites.
Coordinate with project teams to meet timelines.
Support logistics at project sites as required.
