Job summary

PT BLANKA JAYA INDONESIA is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Officer in Bali to own stock control, fulfillment, and online/offline inventory accuracy. The role requires hands-on packing, dispatch coordination, and daily stock reconciliation across multiple channels.

You will manage stock levels, PO creation, and online visibility while maintaining organized storage and efficient processes. Fluency in Indonesian and working knowledge of English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, stock control, fulfillment, or logistics.
• E-commerce experience is a strong plus.
• Understanding of both online and offline order flows drawing from the same physical inventory.
• Strong computer skills, particularly Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable working with fully digital processes and systems.
• Systematic, efficient, and proactive in improving processes.
• Highly trustworthy and detail-oriented, particularly when handling inventory.
• Physically able to handle stock and remain on your feet during packing hours.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with functional English.
• Comfortable using AI tools to reduce repetitive administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily physical stock counts at the office and stockroom and record them digitally.
• Reconcile physical stock against system inventory and investigate any discrepancies on the same day.
• Maintain accurate stock records and identify potential inventory issues before they escape.
• Track batch numbers and expiry dates to ensure products are properly managed.
• Keep the stockroom organized, clearly labeled, clean, and safe.
• Forecast inventory requirements based on sales velocity across all sales channels.
• Raise Purchase Orders to the company's internal production facility in coordination with the Purchasing Manager.
• Track incoming deliveries and receive stock into inventory.
• Verify delivered quantities and product quality against the Purchase Order.
• Pack e-commerce, consignment, and wholesale orders according to company packaging standards.
• Handle approximately 2–3 hours of packing and dispatch activities per day.
• Coordinate handover of orders to couriers such as Gojek, GoSend, J&T, SiCepat, and others.
• Verify that outbound quantities match recorded inventory counts.
• Ensure orders are packed and dispatched on the same day.
• Maintain online stock availability across Shopify, Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Inventory & Logistics Officer to take ownership of the company's physical inventory, stock accuracy, and daily order fulfillment.

You will be responsible for knowing exactly what stock is available, where it is, and when more is needed. The role covers daily stock control, inventory reconciliation, product rotation, purchase orders to the company's production facility, online inventory management, and hands‑on packing and dispatch.

This is a highly operational and detail‑oriented position suited to someone who enjoys structured processes, works efficiently, and takes strong ownership of accuracy.

Responsibilities

Stock Control

Proactively alert the team to potential stockouts before they occur.

Packing & Dispatch

Pack e-commerce, consignment, and wholesale orders according to company packaging standards.

Handle approximately 2–3 hours of packing and dispatch activities per day.

Coordinate handover of orders to couriers such as Gojek, GoSend, J&T, SiCepat, and others.
