Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in outsourcing or logistics.
• Proven ability to fulfill high-volume, fast-turnaround recruitment needs.
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently in the field.
• Familiar with digital recruitment tools and reach local candidate communities.
• Own a personal vehicle and willing to travel around Yogyakarta and nearby areas.
• Flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Aufgaben

• Identify and understand manpower needs from clients, particularly in logistics roles.
• Actively source candidates through online platforms and offline field recruitment.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and validate supporting documents.
• Schedule and ensure candidates show up for further selection or placement.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet daily and weekly fulfillment targets.
• Collaborate closely with operations and client teams to ensure timely recruitment delivery.
