Job summary

Philips Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Specialist to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction at district level. You will oversee inventory control, customs clearance, shipment management (inbound/outbound), and export compliance to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

You will manage 3PL performance, coordinate order-to-cash support, and ensure warehouse and export compliance, while leading stock accuracy and cycle counts. Hybrid work model offers office and home-based days.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Strong vendor management skills (customs brokers, warehouse providers, last mile delivery partners).
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
• Very good analytical and numerical skills.
• Understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, put-away, pick & pack, outbound).

Responsibilities

• Logistics, compliance and cost control: manage 3PL performance, KPI tracking, PO management and invoice review.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and supports order-to-cash processes (POD, backorders, tool requirements).
• Act as point of contact for demo equipment movement and oversee demo/loan processes.
• Own warehouse, logistics and export control compliance for the district; serve as District ECO.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, ensure on-time, in-full delivery to customers/sites.
